Inserts are great. Although I had problems obtaining because the one I thought I needed said out of stock. Eventually managed to get onto Comfort Shoes and get a response to say order the wide closed heal ones. All good although was frustrating trying to find out what to do.

New lease of life for my sandals. The old soles got a bit gritty and not comfortable to wear. Ever since replacing them, oh my cloud like comfy! Put on my sandals and had them on all day. Thank you so much for great customer service and prompt delivery.
